Automated appreciation
Set it once, it runs all year
Thankscrate creates each moment from your people data ahead of time, collects the personal message, places the order, coordinates delivery, and records the result. The company decides the rules. The platform carries them out.

Every moment starts with the data
Birthdays, start dates, and the occasions you turn on generate upcoming moments automatically. Each one is created well ahead of the date so there is time for a message, a choice, and delivery. A new hire inherits the whole setup on day one.
- Recurring occasions from birthdays and hire dates
- Company-wide occasions and holidays
- One-time sends for the moment in front of you

Birthdays, start dates, and the occasions you turn on. Each moment is created 60 days ahead, so there is time for a note.

Timing, budgets, and eligibility, per occasion

- “Notify on the day” or “Send ahead of time”, per occasion
- A gift tier per occasion, billed at the real cost
- Eligibility by employee group where configured

The human step
Automation stops at the personal note
Every gift needs a message before it ships. The manager gets a prompt and a link, with reminders until it is done. If the deadline passes, a default message is used so the gift still goes out. Recipients can choose their own gift within a window. If they do not, a sensible default ships.
- Reminders as the deadline approaches
- Share the note with anyone by link
- Defaults when a deadline passes

Questions
Common questions
Quick answers.
How does Thankscrate know when to send a gift?
Birthdays and start dates come from your payroll provider, a CSV import, or the profile you enter. Thankscrate creates each occasion about 60 days ahead, places the order about two weeks out, and ships so the gift lands on the day.
Do managers need to learn a new tool?
No. A manager only ever sees a link to write a message. No login, no dashboard, no training.
Do you handle holidays and onboarding too?
Yes. Beyond birthdays and work anniversaries there are dozens of occasions, including company-wide holidays, new-hire welcomes, promotions, and life events. Turn on the ones you want. Each has its own budget and timing.
