For Human Resources
A consistent program, without the spreadsheet
Build appreciation around the employee moments your company values, without asking HR to manage every reminder, address, gift, and shipment. Thankscrate connects to your HRIS, runs the calendar, prompts managers, and keeps the record.

No date spreadsheet, no address chasing, no ordering by hand. The same three people, handled.
The problem
Dates here, reminders there, gifts elsewhere
Missed occasions, uneven manager behavior, generic gifts, manual ordering, stale addresses, and no way to see whether the program is actually running. Most HR teams carry all of it in their heads and a spreadsheet. That is the work Thankscrate takes.
- Every occasion created from the HRIS data, 60 days ahead
- Managers prompted and reminded, with a default if the deadline passes
- Addresses confirmed by the recipient, not chased by you
| Recipient | Occasion | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Jordan Lee | New hire welcome | Delivered |
| Maria Chen | 10-year anniversary Milestone | Scheduled |
| Devon Park | Birthday | Needs message |
| Priya Nair | 5-year anniversary Milestone | On its way |
| Alex Johnson | 1-year anniversary Milestone | Scheduled |

Good to know
Designed to support engagement and retention
A consistent, personal program supports the relationships behind engagement and retention and gives you the ability to manage and measure it. Thankscrate does not promise that a gift alone changes attrition. If you want to measure the effect, we will help you set a real baseline.
Questions
Common questions
Quick answers.
How does Thankscrate know when to send a gift?
Birthdays and start dates come from your payroll provider, a CSV import, or the profile you enter. Thankscrate creates each occasion about 60 days ahead, places the order about two weeks out, and ships so the gift lands on the day.
Which payroll and HR systems do you work with?
Thankscrate connects to hundreds of HRIS and payroll systems through Finch, including ADP, BambooHR, Gusto, Justworks, Paychex, Paycom, Paylocity, QuickBooks Payroll, Rippling, UKG, and Workday. The connection is read-only.
What if we don't use a payroll system?
Import a spreadsheet. Thankscrate reads exports from ADP, Gusto, BambooHR, Rippling, and Workday, matches the columns for you, and gives you a sample file to start from. You can also add people one at a time.
Do managers need to learn a new tool?
No. A manager only ever sees a link to write a message. No login, no dashboard, no training.
Will this reduce turnover?
A gift alone does not, and we will not claim it does. A consistent, personal appreciation program supports the relationships behind engagement and retention, and gives leaders the ability to manage and measure it. If you want to measure the effect, we will help you set a real baseline.
