Devon,
Five years, and every launch since the first one has had your name on it. Thank you for the calm in the loud weeks. Here's to the next five.

Questions
Common questions
Quick answers.
Does Thankscrate connect to our CRM?
Customer appreciation runs on contacts you add or import and on-demand sends, with the same gift history and billing as the employee program. A CRM connection will be announced in product updates when it is ready.
Can the recipient choose their own gift?
Yes. For any occasion you can let the recipient pick from a curated set. They get a link with no login, a week to choose, and a sensible default gift if they don't.
