How it runs
Budget, note, choice, delivery
Set a gift tier for birthdays once. Two weeks before the date, the manager gets a link to write the note. Reminders follow until it is done. The employee picks from a curated set from a link, confirms their address, and is notified on the day. The gift follows a few days after, or arrives ahead of the day if you prefer.

Occasions are created 60 days before the date, orders are placed 14 days out, and recipients have 7 days to choose their gift. These are defaults you can adjust per occasion. A birthday you missed can still be sent within 30 days.

How does Thankscrate know when to send a gift?
Birthdays and start dates come from your payroll provider, a CSV import, or the profile you enter. Thankscrate creates each occasion about 60 days ahead, places the order about two weeks out, and ships so the gift lands on the day.
Can the recipient choose their own gift?
Yes. For any occasion you can let the recipient pick from a curated set. They get a link with no login, a week to choose, and a sensible default gift if they don't.
Will it still feel personal?
Gifts ship with a printed card carrying a message someone actually wrote. Managers get a link to write it, no login needed, and reminders until it's done. Recipients choose the gift that fits them.
