Contact records, gift history, recipient choice, and fulfillment work today for anyone you add as a contact. Automated triggers from a CRM are not part of the platform yet. When a CRM connection ships, it will be announced in product updates.

Does Thankscrate connect to our CRM?
Customer appreciation runs on contacts you add or import and on-demand sends, with the same gift history and billing as the employee program. A CRM connection will be announced in product updates when it is ready.
What about remote and international teammates?
Addresses are verified against USPS data before anything ships, and recipients can confirm or update their own address. Physical Thankscrates ship within the U.S. Teammates outside the U.S. receive digital gift cards.
Is the gift-card option really any brand?
The recipient redeems their gift card for the brand they want at redemption time. You choose the amount. They choose the brand.
