Questions
Before you send a request
Who makes a good guest?
Anyone who has built or led a team and will talk openly about what they learned. Values, recognition, scaling a team, and leading through change all make good conversations. We do not book product pitches.
Does it cost anything to be on the show?
No. There is no fee and no paid placement. Every guest gets a Thankscrate with a note from Matt as our thanks.
How big is the audience?
We are a young show. Our first episode came out in February 2026, and we would rather be straight about that than quote a number. Every episode is public on YouTube, so you can see how each one is doing before you reach out.
Where is my episode published?
On our YouTube channel, and on its own page on thankscrate.com with the video and a summary of the conversation. You will have a link you can share.
Can I suggest someone else?
Yes. Choose "Filling this out for someone else?" on the form and tell us about them.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. Thankscrate sponsors the show, but episodes are about your work, not our product. Sending a request does not put you on a sales list.
Have a story worth telling?
It takes about two minutes, and we reply to everyone.
